Agency Dashboard
Run every client brokerage from one account
Onboard clients, handle their MLS paperwork, set up their integrations, and jump into any account to fix something, with each client's data kept separate from the next.
What it does
The Agency Dashboard gives marketing agencies, tech resellers, and large brokerages a separate agency-tier account from which they can onboard and manage multiple client brokerages. Agency owners see a dedicated dashboard listing all client accounts, can impersonate any client to troubleshoot their setup, manage MLS authorization paperwork on behalf of clients, configure GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, and SureSend integrations at the client level. The entire experience is tenant-isolated: agency data never mingles with client data.
Key capabilities
- Dedicated agency dashboard with client list, search, sort, and date-range filter
- One-flow client provisioning that sets up the user, account settings, and MLS board links together
- MLS paperwork management: requirement tracking, document upload, pre-filled PDFs
- Per-client integration setup for GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, and SureSend
- One-click impersonation into any client account, with safe nested support
- Activate or deactivate a client without deleting their data
- Agency-wide GoHighLevel snapshot and custom-field config to bootstrap every new client
Good to know
- Agency accounts require
user_type = agency; upgrading an existing broker account is a manual operation - MLS board activation for clients still requires MLS-level approval; the portal manages paperwork submission, not approval
Why teams choose this
-
Agencies can stand up a new brokerage client in minutes with a single provisioning flow that creates the account, MLS links, and CRM integrations together
-
MLS paperwork management inside the portal eliminates the back-and-forth email chain for document collection
-
Impersonation with a full audit trail lets agency support teams resolve client issues without asking for login credentials
