Real estate professionals, brokerages, marketing agencies, website developers, CRM consultants, technology partners, content creators and any other individual or business that introduces customers to AeroIDX. You do not need to be an AeroIDX customer. The Partner Network is currently open to eligible U.S. persons and U.S.-organized businesses that can complete our required tax and payout information; we expect to add more countries later.

No. Being a customer helps because you can speak from experience, but it is not required. What we do ask is that you understand the platform well enough to recommend it honestly.

You get a referral link and a dashboard. When an eligible customer signs up through it and stays subscribed and attributed to you, you earn a percentage of their Commissionable Revenue every month. A new account qualifies after its first thirty days, which is what protects the network from immediate cancellations and refunds. At two to four Qualifying Accounts that is 10%; at five or more it doubles to 20% across all of your qualifying referred accounts. There is no twelve-month commission cap, which is the part most programs in this category do not offer.

Yes, and agencies are one of the groups this network is built for. You are not reselling or rebranding: your client subscribes directly, we handle onboarding and support, and your relationship with them stays exactly what it was.

Yes. A brokerage that puts its offices on AeroIDX earns on every one of those subscriptions for as long as they run. Nothing about the program requires you to be an individual.

The levels are Partner, Growth Partner and Premier Partner. Everyone starts as a Partner. The requirements for Growth and Premier are being finalised right now and will be published here before anyone is placed in them, because we are not going to advertise a level we cannot yet explain how to reach.

An eligible AeroIDX Primary Customer Account (one whose MLS board is a Partner Pilot Area) that has been on a paid subscription and has stayed active and in good standing for at least thirty days. If you are also an AeroIDX customer, your own qualifying account can count toward your 2- or 5-account threshold, though you never earn commission on your own payments. Canceled, past-due, unpaid, paused and trial accounts do not count, so your rate can move without you doing anything. If that drops you below two, new commissions pause until you are back to two.

It earns nothing, even if the account is fully active and paying every month, and it does not count toward the two or five that move your rate. Eligibility is normally determined when the account's MLS boards are first connected, and adding an eligible MLS later never creates retroactive commissions, though we may approve an existing account for commissions from that point forward. Check your prospect's board before you refer them, and ask us if you are not sure.

No. Attribution is decided when an account is created, and it requires you to already be a partner at that moment. Accounts that existed before you joined are never credited to you, and there is no way to backfill them. Joining sooner costs nothing and is the only thing that starts the clock.

Not until you reach two Qualifying Accounts. Once you do, eligible payments made from that point forward earn the applicable Direct Commission on all of your qualifying referred accounts, the first one included. If you are also an AeroIDX customer, your own qualifying account can be one of the two, though you never earn commission on your own payments.

Yes. The Network Commission is 3% recurring. If you refer Marcus to the Partner Network, Marcus must first reach at least two Qualifying Accounts before commissions begin through his Partner relationship. Once he is qualified, you earn 3% of the Commissionable Revenue from his qualifying referred customers, and the rate stays 3% whether Marcus is earning 10% or 20%. There is no third tier. The accounts Marcus refers do not count toward your own 2–4 or 5+ threshold.

Ninety days from the click. An IDX is a considered purchase and brokers rarely decide in one sitting, so the window is long enough to survive a real evaluation.

Payouts normally run on the 25th of each month, for eligible commissions attributable to customer payments that settled during the previous calendar month, once your eligible balance reaches $500. A balance under the threshold is not lost, it carries forward, and anything still unpaid at the end of the calendar year is paid on January 25 regardless of the balance.

The commission on that charge reverses. This only applies to the specific payment that was refunded or disputed. The rest of your balance is untouched.
