GoHighLevel Integration

Every IDX signal, inside the CRM you already run

Connect a GoHighLevel sub-account once and new leads, property views, saves, and searches land on the contact record, so your existing automations fire on real buying behavior.

What it does

A first-class, two-way OAuth integration that connects an AeroIDX account to a GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account. New leads, lead activity events, and saved-property/saved-search data flow from AeroIDX into GHL contacts; conversely, GHL contact updates and pipeline movements can be reflected back. The integration is the cleanest path for brokerages and agents who run their nurture/automation in GHL but want IDX-driven engagement as the trigger.

Key capabilities

  • OAuth 2.0 authorization to a GHL location
  • Two-way contact sync with custom-field mapping
  • Per-lead activity notes (views, saves, searches, AI Q&A)
  • Bulk sync of historic leads from the dashboard
  • Roster-to-GHL-user mapping for routing/ownership
  • Connection self-heals on transient errors so the sync keeps running
  • Health view shows the integration's status and when it last synced

Good to know

  • Field mapping for non-standard GHL custom fields requires per-account setup
  • Inbound updates respect AeroIDX as the source-of-truth for behavioral events; GHL writes there are ignored on those fields

Why teams choose this

  1. Brokers who live in GHL get IDX engagement as a real-time signal, not a CSV upload

  2. Two-way: AeroIDX stays the system of record for behavioral data, GHL stays the system of record for nurture

  3. One OAuth click connects it, so there are no API keys to manage, no Zapier hop in the middle, and no fields that go missing

  4. Roster mapping means ownership and commission attribution match across both systems
