Behavioral Tracking

See what your leads do, not what they said

Every view, save, search, and question is recorded against the lead, and that record is what feeds lead scoring, the activity feed, and the hot-lead ranking you act on each morning.

What it does

Every meaningful action a buyer takes on an AeroIDX-powered site (property views, saves, searches, AI Q&A, contact submissions) is recorded as a tracking event keyed to that lead. Those events power lead scoring, the dashboard's activity feed, the AI Coach's "hot leads" analysis, and the AI Lead Alert Suggestions feature. Agents see what each lead is actually doing, not what a form said they wanted six months ago.

Key capabilities

  • Captures property views, saves, searches, contact submissions, and AI Q&A
  • Per-event property reference for listing-level attribution
  • Timestamps for recency and engagement-velocity analysis
  • High-volume write path: events are written async-safe per request

Good to know

  • Tracking depends on the embedded widgets running on the agent's site; non-AeroIDX-rendered pages cannot emit events
  • Privacy disclosures are the agent's responsibility. The platform captures the data, but disclosure copy is owned by the broker

Why teams choose this

  1. The platform tells agents what their leads are actually interested in, not what they said in an intake form

  2. Recency-weighted scoring surfaces buyers who got active again after silence

  3. The same data powers AI features without requiring agents to learn analytics
