AI Lead Alert Suggestions
Know what each lead wants before you ask
AeroIDX reads a lead's last fifty views and searches, proposes the saved-search alert that fits the pattern, and tells you how confident it is, so one click puts them on matching new listings.
What it does
Reads a lead's last 50 tracked events (properties they viewed, searches they ran, price ranges they bracketed, neighborhoods they returned to) and proposes a pre-configured saved-search alert tuned to their behavior. The agent reviews the suggestion (with a confidence score) and accepts it with one click, instantly subscribing the lead to matching new listings.
Key capabilities
- Behavioral pattern detection over the last 50 events per lead
- Confidence scoring (high / medium / low)
- One-click conversion to a live saved-search alert
- Graceful suppression on weak signal, so it never fabricates an alert
- Surfaces on the per-lead view, not as a bulk-blast
Good to know
- Suggestions require ~10+ tracked events for high confidence; new or low-activity leads will show low/no suggestions
- Effectiveness scales with how well the rest of the IDX is tracking buyer behavior
Why teams choose this
-
Stops agents from guessing what alert to create; the lead's own behavior tells you
-
Confidence scoring keeps the agent in control; AI doesn't push when it shouldn't
-
Direct conversion path: behavior → alert → new-listing email → re-engagement
