FAQ
Partner Network questions
Who can become a partner?
Real estate agents and teams, brokerages, marketing agencies, website developers, CRM consultants and technology partners. The common thread is that you already talk to people who need an IDX. If that is you, apply.
Do I need to be an AeroIDX customer?
No. Being a customer helps because you can speak from experience, but it is not required. What we do ask is that you understand the platform well enough to recommend it honestly, which is what the training is for.
How do I earn recurring commissions?
You get a referral link and a dashboard. When someone signs up through it and stays subscribed, you earn a percentage of what they pay, every month, for as long as they stay. At two to four active referrals that is 10%; at five or more it doubles to 20% across all of your subscriptions. There is no twelve-month cap, which is the part most programs in this category do not offer.
Can agencies participate?
Yes, and agencies are one of the groups this network is built for. You are not reselling or rebranding: your client subscribes directly, we handle onboarding and support, and your relationship with them stays exactly what it was.
Can brokerages participate?
Yes. A brokerage that puts its offices on AeroIDX earns on every one of those subscriptions for as long as they run. Nothing about the program requires you to be an individual.
How do I qualify for higher partner levels?
The levels are Partner, Certified Partner, Growth Partner and Premier Partner. Certification is earned through training. The requirements for Growth and Premier are being finalised right now and will be published here before anyone is placed in them, because we are not going to advertise a level we cannot yet explain how to reach.
What counts as an active referral?
An account you referred that is currently on a paid AeroIDX subscription. If one cancels or lapses they leave your count, and your rate is recalculated from what is left.
Do I earn anything on my very first referral?
Not on its own. The ladder starts at two active referrals. But the moment your second one goes active, the 10% applies to both of them, including the first. Nothing you bring in is ever lost, it just waits for company.
Is there a commission on referrals my referrals bring in?
Yes. Second-tier commission is 3% recurring. If you refer Marcus and Marcus refers Priya, you earn your first-tier rate on Marcus and 3% on Priya. Second-tier accounts do not count toward your own 2–4 or 5+ ladder; only the people you refer directly move you up.
How long does my referral link stay attributed to me?
Ninety days from the click. An IDX is a considered purchase and brokers rarely decide in one sitting, so the window is long enough to survive a real evaluation.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions accrue monthly and pay out once your balance reaches $500, sent to your bank through Stripe. At five active referrals that clears in about three months; at ten it clears roughly every six weeks.
What happens if a referred account refunds or disputes a charge?
The commission on that charge reverses. This only applies to the specific payment that was refunded or disputed. The rest of your balance is untouched.
