Do I need a GoHighLevel account already?

Yes. An active HighLevel account is required. Any plan works — Starter, Pro, or Agency. Once you have one, we connect it to your AeroIDX account and your IDX site.

Does this work with my existing website?

Yes. AeroIDX installs on any website — HighLevel pages, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or custom HTML. The lead sync runs from the IDX backend so the platform doesn't matter.

What does the GHL snapshot include?

The snapshot includes pre-built workflows for IDX lead follow-up (email + SMS), a property inquiry pipeline, contact tagging based on search behavior, and ready-to-use email and SMS templates. You can customize everything after deploying.

How does lead data flow from IDX to HighLevel?

When a visitor submits a form, saves a listing, or registers on your IDX site, AeroIDX sends their name, email, phone, search area, and price range to HighLevel via API. A new contact is created and your configured workflow triggers immediately.

Can I see IDX activity for my leads inside HighLevel?

Is there an extra monthly fee for the integration?
