Once the office is connected, Add Agent searches it by name, email or agent ID, and you pick who belongs on the team page and drag the rows into the order visitors see. **Does every agent need their own MLS connection?** No. One MLS connection covers the team page, every bio page and every agent website on the account. **Do I have to buy a domain for each agent?** Domains are yours to point at us. AeroIDX stores and connects the domain; it does not register it or run your DNS. **How do agents log in for the first time?** Adding an agent to the roster creates their AeroIDX account. Copy the sign-in link from their row and send it however you like, and they set their own password. If a link goes stale you can send a fresh one. **Can I see what an agent sees when they get stuck?** Yes. When an agent needs a hand you can open their dashboard and see exactly what they see, which is how a setup problem gets fixed without asking anyone for their password. **What happens when I hide an agent from the site?** Their profile stays intact. Hiding takes them off the team page without undoing anything you set up for them. **Can I change how leads route later?** Yes.
