# AeroIDX

> AeroIDX is an IDX platform for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages in the United States. It runs the MLS property search on the agent's own website, records what each buyer does inside that search, and writes those signals into the CRM the agent already uses, so follow-up is triggered by what a buyer actually did rather than by the form they once filled in.

AeroIDX is a product of Providence Seven LLC. This file describes the marketing
site at aeroidx.com. The application itself is at app.aeroidx.com and is not
covered here.

Vocabulary used throughout this site:

- IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the arrangement that lets a licensed agent publish MLS listings on their own website.
- An MLS is the regional board that owns the listing data. Approval is per board, so what any given account can display depends on which boards it is approved for. See the coverage page below.
- A widget is an embeddable piece of the search experience (map, results, filters) that drops into a site the agent already has, as opposed to a full website AeroIDX builds.
- GoHighLevel, sometimes written HighLevel, is a third-party CRM and marketing platform. Several AeroIDX features exist specifically to feed it.
