The Impersonation feature then allows the broker (or an authorized admin) to log in as that agent with a single click, see exactly what the agent sees, troubleshoot issues, and exit back to the master account at any time. A persistent impersonation banner reminds the operator who they are acting as. ## Key capabilities - One-click agent login without sharing passwords - Nested impersonation supports agency → broker → agent in one session - Persistent banner across the session shows you're impersonating, with a one-click exit - Agent password setup link is valid for 7 days; resend a fresh one any time ## Good to know - Sub-accounts must have `owner_id` set; top-level users (brokers/agencies) cannot be impersonated by other brokers - Password setup token is cache-based (not database); clearing the cache invalidates outstanding setup links - The `deleteSubAccountUser` method is intentionally scoped to sub-user-owned data; master account settings are never deleted ## Why teams choose this 1.
